Watch our Artists paint each guest a special favor! We ask for 1 hour of setup time prior to your event to get organized and to make sure your needs are understood. Your guests will have the option of choosing one item for customizing, one of several designs on the design board, their name and two colors in addition to black.
Reservation
- A 50% Deposit is typically required to reserve your date and time. Full payment is required for groups of less than 50 guests.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Balance payments are due the same day as the event.
- Reservation date and time is non-transferrable.
Travel Cost: Travel 12-24 miles beyond Washington DC is $50. Travel beyond this distance requires a custom quote.

- 3 Tables (6ft. or 8ft.)
- 2 Chairs
Lighting: Our environment must have good lighting in order for us to give you the level of service we wish to provide. If you know the dance floor and dining hall light will be dim, moving the airbrush setup to another room or section is often the answer. But we get jealous when we can't hear the music!
Tables & Chairs: Please provide (3) 6ft. or 8ft. Tables and (2) chairs. One table will be used for us to work and take orders, the second table will be used for guests to pick-up favors after they dry.
Food Safety: Please allow 6 - 10 ft. of space between us and food stations, buffets and dessert.
Sport Balls:
Balls are shipped Deflated and require air prior to painting. Basketballs cost more than footballs and soccer balls due to their size, weight and material. Basketballs are also more difficult to paint due to being round and taking longer to dry. A Basketball Rack is recommended to display and organize all balls.
